I'd say a good Blade build if you're going to PvM and PvP and don't want to keep having to buy restats would be
If you have sword as first weapon:
Str: XXX
Dex: 50
Sta: (your choice)
Int: 15

For those who enjoy owning with axes:
Str: XXX
Dex: 75-100
Sta: (your choice)
Int: 15
