Info on 1st/2nd Auto Job Change Quests

They're not exactly auto....
You must accept the quest from the start NPC, then go to the end NPC to finish the quest. No items are required.
For 2nd job change, yes, this means you must fly to Guardiane to finish the quest. Eventually the map will be edited to move the end NPC's next to the start NPC's, but for now you must fly.
