Go Pure Dexterity

Ranger's are very witty and almost untouchable by monsters
fast attacks and criticals can kill a monster leveled 6-8X higher than you
and makes you level fast

SUGGESTED ARMOR: Oska Set (M)/ Okas Set (F)

Yeah, I always use this build with my 1v1 Ranger.
It works like a charm with Oska +10.
